Roustabout Hands support oil and gas operations, handling various tasks that change daily. This role involves operating heavy machinery such as backhoes, forklifts, trenchers, trucks, and more.

The ideal candidate for the Roustabout Hand position is a highly motivated and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic and hands-on experience in oil and gas operations. They should be skilled in operating a variety of heavy machinery and tools, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair tanks, pipelines, and well equipment
Operate machinery like vacuum trucks and picker trucks
Perform general site maintenance, including yard upkeep and oil spill cleanups
Inspect equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Haul materials, maintain roads, and replace parts on equipment

Required Skills:

Equipment operation: forklifts, trucks, and other mechanized devices
Maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Physical stamina to handle tasks requiring climbing, lifting, and balancing
