Roustabout Pushers oversee the operations and management of Roustabout crews in the field, ensuring efficient workflow and problem resolution. They also handle administrative tasks, including maintaining time sheets, JSAs, and DVIRs, while coordinating with client representatives. The role may involve additional duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct, coordinate, and evaluate Roustabout crews

• Plan, assign, and oversee daily tasks

• Maintain time sheets and administrative reports (JSA, DVIRs)

• Interface with client representatives (Company Men)

• Perform routine maintenance on truck and trailer tires

• Address crew complaints and resolve operational problems

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of related experience and/or training in field operations management

• Strong problem-solving, technical, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage crew responsibilities effectively

Physical Demands:

• Sit for extended periods; walk on uneven surfaces

• Perform physical tasks such as gripping, lifting (up to 20 lbs), pushing, pulling, and kneeling

• Operate trucks, construction, and power equipment (e.g., backhoe, front-end loader, snowplow, etc.)

• Maintain equipment through inspections and routine maintenance

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing crews, resolving operational challenges, and performing hands-on tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.
