Roustabout Hands support oil and gas operations, handling various tasks that change daily. This role involves operating heavy machinery such as backhoes, forklifts, trenchers, trucks, and more.

The ideal candidate for the Roustabout Hand position is a highly motivated and adaptable individual with a strong work ethic and hands-on experience in oil and gas operations. They should be skilled in operating a variety of heavy machinery and tools, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently. A successful candidate will possess excellent physical stamina, capable of performing strenuous tasks such as lifting, climbing, and operating in challenging environments.

They must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly identify and address mechanical issues. The ideal candidate is also safety-conscious, with knowledge of industry standards and practices. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as this role requires working closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair tanks, pipelines, and well equipment

• Operate machinery like vacuum trucks and picker trucks

• Perform general site maintenance, including yard upkeep and oil spill cleanups

• Inspect equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues

• Haul materials, maintain roads, and replace parts on equipment

Required Skills:

• Equipment operation: forklifts, trucks, and other mechanized devices

• Maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Physical stamina to handle tasks requiring climbing, lifting, and balancing
